Waikiki Chicken

2 1/4 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar

6 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 1/2 Cups Sugar

3 Cans Pineapple-drained

Juice from Pineapple (from above step)

2 Green Peppers - chopped

3-4 Chicken Breasts cooked with garlic salt

3-4 Cups Cooked Rice


Directions

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and pineapple juice. Boil until thick.
Add chopped green peppers and pineapple to sauce. Serve over rice and chicken.
