Holly's Velvet Banana Bread

5 large ripe bananas

1 cup shortening

2 teaspoons sode

4 cups flour

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup walnuts


Beat bananas and eggs together in blender. Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add banana mix and blend. Add dry ingredients and fold until smooth. Bake 350* for 50 minutes.
